Crafting the Future, Honoring the Past

Experience, Vision, and Innovation in Property Development.

Our Chairman, Manoj Pankhania, brings over 50 years of industry experience, having led Parkview Homes Group before co-founding Nacropolis with his son, Ravi, in 2003. Ravi’s innovative vision and attention to detail have shaped Nacropolis’ success over the past two decades, with his leadership driving our growth.

As the business expanded, Manoj’s younger son Amar joined the leadership team, bringing fresh perspectives and modern processes to continue their legacy. Together, they’ve built a strong foundation, allowing Nacropolis to grow into a leader in residential, commercial, and hospitality development.

Charity Work

The Nacropolis Group takes corporate social responsibility very seriously. We founded the Jasoda Foundation (Registered Charity No. 1170925) in 2014, to support disadvantaged children in the United Kingdom and India.

Our foundation has funded numerous projects that have focussed on alleviating disabilities and providing physical, social and economic rehabilitation. We continue to support the poorest sections of society and provide ‘free of cost’ corrective surgeries for patients suffering from polio and other ‘by birth’ disabilities, helping more children live with dignity, and not dependence.

In recent years we have been a huge supporter of Back On Track (Charity No. 1169764) which is a UK charity providing rehabilitation, treatment, resettlement and support for former members of the armed forces.
