Graduate Surveyor
Location: London/Stanmore
Responsibilities
- Support the team in the preparation of advice across both commercial and residential property
- Perform local and national real estate market analysis using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory
- Assist in the delivery of LPA receivership cases, blending valuation, asset management and transaction management skillsets
- Draft internal and external reports and presentation material for review by Directors and Managing Directors
- Assist in advisory assignments with a focus on Options Analysis particularly in relation to workout scenarios
- Work and communicate efficiently with third party suppliers assisting in the delivery of restructuring and receivership mandates, to include but not limited to; agents, auctioneers, contractors, solicitors
- Managing instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines
- Provide assistance to the wider team where necessary
- Assist with any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the business
- Undertake property and market research
- Attending relevant industry events to broaden your knowledge and experience within the real estate industry
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Desire to work towards becoming MRICS qualified
- Knowledge of real estate generally
- Highly motivated with the ability to work to a demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial environment
- Superior interpersonal, communication, marketing, sales, and organisational skills
- Excellent research abilities
- Ability to make effective decisions by analysing information and considering priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office, including, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience of managing day to day aspects of client relationships and projects
- Valid driver’s license
