We create exceptional developments where people want to live, work and relax.

We partner with some of London’s leading architects, designers and construction professionals to deliver the innovation, quality and attention to detail that is the hallmark of all our developments.

As a close-knit family business, our competitive advantage lies in our stability, reliability and wealth of knowledge. Together we collaborate on a variety of projects across London, the Home Counties, and in the UK’s regional cities.

With over 80 years’ combined experience we have a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a clear insight into what our clients want.

Our Story

Our Chairman, Manoj Pankhania, has enjoyed a long career in the real estate industry. Before Nacropolis he served as Managing Director of the hugely successful Parkview Homes Group which was set up in the late 1970’s.

Ravi Pankhania, joined Manoj at Parkview Homes in the early 2000’s before leaving to set up Nacropolis with his father in 2003. They were driven to create this new business in order to deliver high-quality, new, and redeveloped properties to the market.

With over 50 years’ experience, Manoj is a respected industry figure who brings his unrivaled expertise to the business. Ravi has been at the vanguard of our expansion over the last two decades with his energy, attention to detail, and innovative design methods which have come to define Nacropolis’ projects.

As our ambition to push into new territories grew, so did the Nacropolis workforce, with Manoj’s younger son Amar joining his father and brother on the senior leadership team.

Ravi and Amar have brought with them modern processes that have built upon the foundations laid by their father.

These strong foundations allow us to forge ahead, with two generations of property developers combining their intelligence and experience to create an exciting future.

Our portfolio now spans new builds, conversions, mixed-use regeneration schemes and asset management across the residential and commercial sectors.

Our deep knowledge of property development and wealth of experience has enabled us to expand our offering into the hospitality sector, in particular hotels in strategic regional UK cities.

Our Ethos

‘Sustainable, sympathetic and stand-out in quality’

What we do is more than just bricks and mortar. We strive to create unforgettable experiences, enhancing ways of life through exceptional design. It is an aim that demands bespoke solutions every time but it is a challenge we relish.

Each team is handpicked for their suitability for a particular project, their ability to share in our aesthetic and environmental vision, and their professional reputation. We are privileged to have excellent working relationships with some of the country’s most respected architects, designers, landscape artists, environmental specialists, placemakers and construction professionals. This gives us an exceptional pool of talent to call on.

We start every project with a blank canvas, ensuring our responses are personal, professional and positively unique in equal measure. While our approaches and solutions are bespoke by design, the end goal is always the same – to deliver developments that are loved and last for a lifetime.

Charity Work

The Nacropolis Group takes corporate social responsibility very seriously. We founded the Jasoda Foundation (Registered Charity No. 1170925) in 2014, to support disadvantaged children in London and India.

Our foundation has funded numerous projects that have focussed on alleviating disabilities and providing physical, social and economic rehabilitation. We continue to support the poorest sections of society and provide ‘free of cost’ corrective surgeries for patients suffering from polio and other ‘by birth’ disabilities, helping more children live with dignity, and not dependence.

In recent years we have been a huge supporter of Back On Track (Charity No. 1169764) which is a UK charity providing rehabilitation, treatment, resettlement and support for former members of the armed forces.
