Upon the completion of each development our in-house management company, Oakwood Estates steps in to provide an incredibly important service to owners and tenants. We are able to offer a variety of services tailored entirely to the requirements of the client.

One of our Group Directors is a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and Oakwood Estates are also part of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and the Property Redress Scheme (PRS).


When Letting a property there are several factors which need to be addressed in order to facilitate a smooth transition.

  • Relevant background checks are under taken to ensure tenants are suitable.
  • Our standard AST which is updated frequently to draw in line with industry guidelines will be used as the main contract.
  • Our office will arrange check in/out inventories, handover of keys, annual Gas Safety certificates.
  • Inspection of properties as per clients wishes.


Once the tenants have successfully moved in, our team will manage the property throughout the course of the tenancy once again ensuring the landlords peace of mind. Our all-encompassing management service includes:

  • A dedicated point of contact.
  • 24-hour emergency contact.
  • Relevant inspections to be carried out periodically,
  • Residential & Commercial Rent appraisals undertaken for landlords.
  • Commercial Rent Reviews are also carried out on behalf of landlords.

Managing a property is a full-time job and one which often renders landlords, especially international investors, with frustrating workloads. Our highly-experienced Property Management team offloads the burden of dealing with management issues, thereby offering landlords peace of mind in the knowledge that their investments are in safe and capable hands.
